Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Replayable, a missed-call text-back service provided via replayable.co.uk. By signing up you agree to them.

1. The service

Replayable detects unanswered calls to your registered business number and automatically sends an SMS reply to the caller on your behalf, then provides a dashboard to manage the resulting conversations.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and phone details, and keep them up to date.
• Only send messages to people who have contacted your business, and comply with UK marketing and privacy law (including PECR and UK GDPR).
• Honour opt-outs — anyone replying STOP must not be messaged again.
• Not use the service for spam, unlawful, or misleading content.

3. Fees

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at sign-up. There is no minimum term — you can cancel any time and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as Twilio for call and SMS handling. We are not liable for outages or delays caused by those providers or by mobile networks.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance from time to time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or profits.

7. Termination

Either of us may end the agreement with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and, for material changes, tell affected customers.
